Allows for the query or entry of the WMS users.

Main Screen

Users Master
  • ID
Enter a unique user id.
  • Name
  • Status
Set to 'A'ctive for the current active users other values are 'S'uspend, 'I'nactive, 'C'lone.
  • Type
  • Set the Type to a correct user type ('E'mployee for Oxford Staff or 'C'lient for WMS Clients).
  • Last Login
Shows the last login date time for the current user access to the main login screen.


Main Screen - Page 2

Users Detail Master
  • Site
Default site for current user.
  • Last Login
Last Login.
  • Position
Enter a position if required to identify the user.
  • Direct Line
Extension of the user.
  • Email Address
Email address to use when emailing reports or errors.


Detail Screen

Users Detail Master
  • Password
Users password for logging in.
  • UserGroup
Select User Group id’s as required. If the current user will be using the menu system then assign a Profile User Group and then add any additional Classes and Accesses as required.
  • Site
Enter the Site for this User Group (currently 'H').



Users Details Master
  • Access All
Enter Access ('F'ull, 'N'o, 'Q'uery Only). 'N'o used for the client types so that we can limit the queries in forms to the identified clients. All the operational staff are currently set to 'F'ull and all the office staff set to 'N'o.
  • Client
If access is equal to 'N'o then enter the client/s the current user can access.
  • Privileges
If access is equal to 'N'o then enter the privileges ('F'ull).

IF access is 'N'o then enter the privileges ('F'ull).
  • Press the [Commit] button to save changes.
