This form is used for updating the Received Pallet Dockets. You have the option of selecting the Header to display the header details for the current pallet docket number, viewing the history, and other functions.

Update Received Pallet Dockets Screen

  • Type in the Pallet Docket Number that needs to be updated.
Press the F8 key to query the pallet details.
Update Received Pallet Docket Main Screen

Important Note: You can insert or update or delete the information in this screen depending upon the value of Docket Status field.

  • If the status is equal to Open then the Pallet Docket has just been created.
  • If the status is equal to Entered then the Pallet Docket has been received and entered.
  • If the status is equal to Printed then the Pallet Docket has been printed once.
  • If the status is equal to Updated then the Pallet Docket has been changed after being printed.
  • If the status is equal to Reprinted then the Pallet Docket has been reprinted after it’s been updated.
  • If the status is equal to Closed then the Pallet Docket has been now closed and cannot be modified further.
  • If the status is equal to Invalid then the Pallet Docket is invalid as the Number of Pallets do not match.
  • If the status is equal to Deleted then the Pallet Docket has been deleted.


Header Button

Update Received Pallet Docket Header
  • Press the [Header] button to view the Update Received Pallet Docket Header Details.
You can update the updateable fields on this page depending upon the status of the Pallet Docket.
  • Press the [Commit] button to save any changes or the [Cancel] button to return to the Main Page screen.


Details Button

Update Received Pallet Docket Lines
  • Press the [Details] button to view the Update Received Pallet Docket Lines Details.
Press the F10 key to insert a new line.
  • Press the [Commit] button to save any changes or the [Cancel] button to return to the Main Page screen.


Delete Button

Dialog Box prompted when deleting Pallet Docket
  • Press the [Delete] button to delete the Pallet Docket.
You will be prompted with a dialog box. Press the 'Y'es button to delete the Pallet docket or the 'N'o button to exit the dialog box.


Print Button

Print Pallet Docket Dialog Box
  • Press the [Print] button to print the Pallet Docket.
  • Printer(M)
Press the F9 key to list the printers.


History Button

Master Changes Screen
  • Press the [History] button to view the Master Changes Screen.
This screen shows all the history of changes relating to the current Pallet Docket.
