This form is used to update the shelf life for multiple product stock records. Please note that fields are either Mandatory (M) or Optional (O).

Enter Details Screen

Update Product Shelf Life
  • Client (M)
Press the F9 key to list the clients.
  • Establishment (O)
Press the F9 key to list the establishments or leave blank for all the establishments.
  • Product (O)
Press the F9 key to list the products or leave blank for all the products.
  • Business Unit (O)
Enter a business unit or wildcard entry or leave blank for all the business units.
  • Rotadate Type (M)
Press the F9 key to list the rotation date types.
  • Shelf Life (O)
Enter a valid current shelf life for the product/s.
  • New Shelf Life (M)
Enter a new shelf life for the product/s.
  • Press the [Calculate] button to display the count of the product stock records that match the criteria entered.
  • Press the [All] button to display the Alert Message.
  • Press the [Some] button to display the Selection Screen.

Update Product Shelf Life
  • Press the [Yes] button to update all the matching product records with the new shelf life.
  • Press the [No] button to return the operator to the detail entry screen.

Update Product Shelf Life
  • Press the [Select] button to mark the current record for update of the shelf life.
  • Press the [Deselect] button to unselect the current record.
  • Press the [Select All] button to mark all the records for update of the shelf life.
  • Press the [Deselect All] button to unselect all the records.
  • Press the [Update] button to update the shelf life for all the selected records.
